Apartments Kreso are situated in a quiet, south part of Biograd na Moru (Kumenat), in the close vicinity of the green woods. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away or 1,5 minutes of easy walk. Nearest shop is just 40 meters and restaurant 500 meters away. A beautiful camp "Soline" and a sandy beach that offers you many possibilities of having fun are also nearby.The easiest way of finding our house is by following the blue line and if you want to find the beach, please follow the red line on the contact map. The house has it's parking place and the outside grill.
Apartments have three stars (***) category and altogether they can accept 17 people. Two apartments are about 50 m2 in size and consist of a living room with satellite TV, fully equiped kitchen , 2 double-bed sleeping rooms, 1 bathroom entrance hall, big balconies (one of them is 15 m2 big) . Biograd is a town and at the same time a port situated 28 km to the south of Zadar.According to the census from 2001 this town ,partly built on a small peninsula and partly on the mainland ,numbered 5 259 inhabitants.In the north of Biograd there is the Bosana bay and in the south there is the Soline bay.In front of Biograd there are the islands of Planac and St Katarina (with a lighthouse on it).The average temperature values reach 7´C in January,while in June they reach 24.5 ´C.The measurements report the annual precipitation of 840 mm on the average.In the Soline bay there is a big,public,sandy beach surrounded by the pine wood. Biograd is a local commercial and traffic center,very well connected with the hinterland,coastal little towns and places.The town bases its economy on agriculture,fishing and tourism.It is a ferry port which connects the mainland with the island of Pasman.The town situated on the Adriatic main road Zadar-Split (M2,E65) is a center of the Riviera,the point to which other places of the Riviera gravitate and these are:Sv Petar n/m,Turanj.Sv Filip i Jakov,Pakostane,Drage,as well as several places on the island of Pasman like:Tkon,Pasman,Barotul Mrljane,Nevidane,Dobropoljana,Banj i Zdrelac and Vrgada on the island which has the same name. The picturesque Pasman channel with a string of islands protects the Biograd Riviera against the strong winds blowing from the sea which happens to be favourable for swimmers and sailors.The town is a starting point for boat trips to the Kornati archipelago and to the Telašcica bay.In the vicinity (7 km)there is the Vrana lake,the biggest lake in Croatia which abounds in fresh-water fish.In Biograd there is a posibility of going on a fishing trip as well. The town has one of the biggest and best equipped tennis camps in this part of the Adriatic with its 14 earth courts and 6 hard courts.The camp is situated in the pine wood by the sea. Sailing and diving along with the possibility of taking sailing and diving courses are offered as well.
